Let's Talk About Confidence

Hey there! Today I wanted to talk about something important and crucial to have: confidence. Building your confidence does not happen overnight, and requires time and practice. It’s a characteristic that is necessary and used in so many aspects of your everyday life. Today I’ve partnered with Secret Deodorant to share some of my tips on how you can be more confident!

1. Look Good

Now this may sound superficial, but let me explain. When you wear clothing that you are comfortable in, you naturally feel better about yourself and more confident. This is subjective, but we’ve all been in situations where we don’t like what we’re wearing and are way more self-conscious about our appearance! 4. Stop Comparing Yourself

Comparing yourself to others is such a toxic thing to do. You deserve better! It’s important to remember that social media is a highlight reel, and people only share what they want you to see. Comparing your life to someone’s “internet” life only hurts you. If you need someone to compare yourself to, compare yourself to your past self.

5. Just Do You, Boo!

When you stop worrying about what others think, it’s the most liberating feeling. Do what you love, and keep carrying on! It doesn’t matter what others may think, because at the end of the day, your actions only affect YOU.
